And to others that have to be able to have 7 and 10 year money. A lot of people would like to see if they have safety that their capital can go to rebuild their cities in a really constructive way. Thats all in the works too. Theres some positive lessons learned, positive things on the ground. The Biggest Issue that isnt being addressed in my estimation by the administration and everyone else is do we have an intention al intentional jobs program that gets down to the ground to this concentrated poverty that really reconcentrated after the Great Recession in a major way, and really threatens our cities . You know this was not as much a race issue . You have an africanamerican mayor, prosecutor, et cetera. Its a poverty issue. And theres real anger. And it isnt just in baltimore its all over in different areas of concentrated poverty. We learned over the years that i think the biggest lesson is that if you simply stop and ask a young person what they would like to do for their community

I had the opportunity of observing this on 911. I am a fan of the program. I have seen it work firsthand. I have been a strong advocate of this. And a Small Business man called me, whose insurance had been canceled because it does not comply with obamacare. Hes facing a 54 increase in his premiums. Another constituent contacted me because her insurance also had been canceled. Insurance that she liked. She has a 19yearold son with Cystic Fibrosis who has been treated his entire life at boston childrens hospital. Under the new plan that the exchange is offering in the state of maine. She can no longer take her son to the doctor who is treated him his entire life at child
