Figures from Statistics Netherlands have revealed that Dutch salaries rose by 5 percent in the first quarter of 2023 - the highest increase seen in 40 years.
According to calculations by Rabobank, first-time buyers have to earn at least 71.000 euros a year in order to be able to buy property in the Netherlands.
