TRACY Beaker was the must-watch after school TV show for kids in the early Noughties, becoming a hit CBBC series.
Originally starting out as a book, written by cult author Jacqueline Wilson, in 1991, the show followed orphan Tracy Beaker and her friends in the ‘Dumping Ground’ children’s home.

And now Dani Harmer, who played Tracy, is set to reprise her role in new series My Mum Tracy Beaker.
It will show Tracy as a single mum to her 12-year-old daughter Jess, and Harmer has revealed she “can’t wait” to get back into the iconic role.

DANI Harmer will be returning to our screens next month as her iconic alter-ego in a brand new series - My Mum Tracy Beaker.
The 31-year-old actress, who is best known for her role in the popular CBBC drama which first hit our screens in 2002, is about to embark on a new chapter of her character s life.
