KINGWOOD, W.Va. (WV News) — The 81st Buckwheat Festival had its crowning achievement Friday afternoon with the coronation of the festival’s king and queen.
Top members of the Preston County Buckwheat Festival's Senior Royalty Court gathered at the Kingwood Fire Department on Thursday where they and their families were able to answer questions about the upcoming event.
