That was upgraded from tropical depression 9 this afternoon. Hurricane hunters were out investigating this area. And they found we do now have max winds at 40 miles per hour, making it a Tropical Storm. Still moving very slowly off to the north at just 2 miles per hour. So the forecast track storm strengthening into a strong Tropical Storm. As we head into thursday night, you can see, as a strong Tropical Storm, Tropical Storm warnings in effect for our Northern Counties at this point. And quickly moving out as we head into friday and this weekend. But really, the next 36 hours or so. Were going to continue to deal with some very heavy rainfall.
