3 deputies think theyve got the man and woman who kidnapped a man in northern kentucky. Investigators say Charles Burnette and Emma Haumesser forced a man to withdraw money from a t ms in boone county. The man was staying at the quality inn near the airport. Deputies say he was looking somehow came into contact with haumesser. They say she left the hotel room and came back with burnett.
