I am ok with the president making a goodfaith belief. Im ok with that. I think the fact here is one of bad faith. The reason why the president s statement is relevant is not the political theater. It is a statement he says he was asked, and he said no. The Justice Department said, this cant happen. Suddenly, you lose up already. I think it is bad faith. We are in uncharted waters.
