Infrastructure Improvements Will Promote Recreational Uses and Local Tourism in Oswego County
Governor Andrew M. Cuomo today announced the start of construction at International Pier, a $9.5 million resiliency project funded through the Governor s Resiliency and Economic Development Initiative in the city of Oswego. The project will protect the deteriorating pier and convert the historic structure into a pedestrian-friendly open space that is connected to the city s walking trail system.
