Unresponsive in the bathtub of her atlanta home. It is unclear how that incident happened. In fredericksburg today, a murder case is going in front of a grand jury. Fredericksburg police say that vander briel killed grace mann back in april. Police say vander briel and mann were roommates. Multiple other roommates that he confessed to the killing. A grand jury in Fairfax County will hear from prosecutors about a Controversial Police shooting. County Police Officer adam torres shot and killed john geer two years ago. Torres claimed that geer appeared to be reaching for a victim. The county paid the family nearly 3 million to settle the civil lawsuit this year. Investigators are working to find the murder weapon in a deadly stabbing. The county Sheriffs Office says a man stabbed a husband and wife at the Anna Prayer Counseling Center last night. The husband died. His wife is in serious condition at the hospital right now. According to sheriffs deputies it happened during prayer services.
