Hes described as a 50yearold white man who lives in austin, texas, and it was a really dramatic scene just after 2 20 local time there in texas. Heres how they described this happening. They say the first calls came in at about 2 22 this morning of a man shooting at the new federal courthouse in downtown austin. They say there were also shots fired at the Mexican Consulate building.
