March 11, 2021LACONIA The two teams that call the Merrill Fay Arena home took to the arena s ice on Wednesday, March 3, for the opening round of the Division III tournament.
While the Laconia-Winnisquam-Inter-Lakes Lakers, playing without two of their top players, got off to a hot start, it was the Belmont-Gilford Bulldogs who finished strong, rallying from a 3-1 first period deficit to pull off a 4-3 win to advance to the quarterfinal round.
