The Westside Narcotics Task Force assisted the Colorado County Sheriff’s office with the arrest of a Glidden man during a narcotics investigation Oct. 20.
James Robert “JR” Minyard, 67, beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother, colleague, and friend, passed away peacefully on Oct. 9, 2023, at home surrounded by family and friends. JR was born in Midland to Howard and Inez Minyard.
