Magistrate in Fisd directors case transferred: Case stalls, State not ready to prosecute

A court case involving four Fisd Limited Company directors failed to commence Tuesday in Lilongwe as the presiding magistrate, senior resident magistrate Shyreen Chirwa, has reportedly been transferred to the industrial relations court.
