All India Majlis-E-Ittehadul Muslimeen party is eyeing to enter the Lok Sabha arena in Mumbai this year and considering fielding its lone MP from Maharashtra from a seat in the state capital. Party chief and MP Asaduddin Owaisi on Monday said the party was discussing Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar MP Imtiaz Jaleel’s proposal to contest the upcoming LS elections from Mumbai North Central constituency. Recently, Owaisi cited the recent violence in Mira Road as the reason to contest from Mumbai.
