Darrin McMichael was a 24-year veteran for the Arlington Police Department. Officials are seeking assistance identifying a dark-colored Dodge/Chrysler vehicle in connection with the crash.
UPDATE 10:24 A.M.: Dallas (WBAP/KLIF) - The Arlington Police Department has identified the officer who was killed in a hit-and-run Thursday morning.
Officer Darrin McMicheal was riding on his motorcycle on his way to work when he was involved in the crash near I-20 and Dowdy Ferry Road in Dallas.
