梭子蟹上市 新农都水产市场每斤20元起
萧山日报讯“梭子蟹上市啦！”随着8月1日正式开渔，海鲜市场一片火热，来自深海的梭子蟹已经陆续登上了萧山人的餐桌。
“今年是大年，海鲜丰收，价格很实惠，比往年便宜。”新农都水产市场的商户陈达介绍，“新鲜上市的梭子蟹按大小分，小的每个约3两，20元/斤；中等的约4两，30元/斤；大的约6两，40元/斤。”
市场里，梭子蟹卖得俏，早上进货得靠抢。陈达进了200斤的梭子蟹，到当天下午3点几乎全部售空。她说：“饭店一早就订完了，素了三个月，大家都等着尝鲜呢。”
开渔后短短三天，梭子蟹的价格经历了“显著”的浮动。就拿中等大小的梭子蟹来说，8月1日当日，近海渔船进港，带来了第一批新鲜的梭子蟹，批发价为60元/斤。8月2日，进港渔船增加，梭子蟹产量提升，批发价降为45元/斤。�
