if donald trump asked an employee to move boxes of documents after receiving a subpoena that included said documents, what legal questions does that raise? it raises a number of questions legal and factual. what were the documents being moved? what is just moving the documents mean? where were they being moved from and to? i know we can t take the piece ands say there is new video and testimony. i don t think we can take this and really draw legal conclusions from them. if you take the position that the trump team has taken parentally, that he declassified documents in the first place, then there is a dispute about whether the documents being moved were declassified, classified, we just don t know about it to draw any fair conclusion that s are meaningful. it may than they were under subpoena. whether or not they were classified, ultimately the search warrant in august didn t
