Some Bucks County residents who were set to be among the first to receive vaccines at the county’s clinics today were notified in an email Monday night that they will not be able to get the shot as scheduled. The county notified an unknown number of residents that their appointments, some set for as early as today, would need to be rescheduled due to an error when they registered on the county website, according to emails sent to this news organization. The county on Tuesday explained the problem was caused by people sharing their individual appointment links with others, and in some cases, those links being shared on social media, resulting in overbooking and some who are not eligible getting appointments they should not have had.

BUCKS COUNTY, PA Plans are in place to open six COVID-19 vaccination clinics across Bucks County, officials say. The only problem? They don t have enough vaccine to do so.
