Heâs speaking to 32-year-old homeless man Tyrell Wilson.
Wilson pulls out a knife.
Officer Hall tells Wilson to drop the knife three times in quick succession.
Wilson refuses.
Hall shoots him in the head.
The officer is now facing felony manslaughter and assault charges â but not in connection with this shooting.
