Andrew Walbran said, while eating his breakfast outside a bakery, that while businesses might feel a pinch, the response from the community as a whole had been positive. It’s been hard for parents too, with some worried not only about their children, but also about how uncertainty around the outbreak might affect their work and household incomes.
