Cass County prosecutors dismissed their two cases against David George on Tuesday, saying he was recently indicted in North Dakota U.S. District Court.
David George tried to suggest his phone was hacked, his neighbors accessed his internet or his children used his phone, but investigators said all evidence pointed to him.
David George, who resigned as the Independence Elementary principal after his arrest, also has been accused of inappropriately touching a child he knows.
