A multiagency undercover law enforcement operation led to the arrests earlier this month of three service members at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam who allegedly solicited sex from federal agents posing online as minors, officials said Friday.
The three individuals, aged 22, 26, and 31, were detained at the Oahu base where they allegedly intended to meet federal agents who posed as teenagers aged 13 to 15 from April 2 to 4, said Jeff Houston, a spokesman for the Naval Criminal Investigation Service.

HONOLULU, Hawaii (HawaiiNewsNow) - Attorneys general across the country, including Hawaii, urged an online marketplace to stop the sale of fraudulent and blank COVID-19 vaccine cards on their website.
In a letter, a bipartisan coalition of 42 attorneys general called on OfferUp to immediately take action to prevent the sale of fake vaccine cards on their platform.
The attorneys general urged OfferUp to:
Monitor its platform for ads or links selling blank or fraudulently completed vaccination cards.

But now business leaders and policymakers are working to put together a program that offers more certainty to restaurateurs. How close the program is to being adopted is not clear; however, it has at least made it to the desk of Attorney General Clare Connors, whose office is analyzing it for legal pitfalls.
