Nevada Attorney General Catherine Cortez Masto announced Thursday that she and 36 other AGs reached a record $181 million settlement, the largest multi-state consumer protection settlement of its kind reached with a pharmaceutical company, with Janssen Pharmaceuticals, Inc., a subsidiary of Johnson and Johnson.
