COULD HELP US TO EXPEDITE THE CHANGES THAT NEED TO HAPPEN IN LOUISVILLE AFTER THE US DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE ANNOUNCED MONDAY. IT’S INVESTIGATION INTO WHETHER LMPD HAS VIOLATED ANY CIVIL RIGHTS OR FEDERAL LAWS OVER THE YEARS MANY IN THE COMMUNITY SAY THIS ISN’T A CELEBRATORY MOMENT. IT IS A HURTFUL THING TO LIVE IN A CITY.
