BRIDGEPORT A Superior Court Judge is contemplating ordering the state’s attorney to turn over his criminal case file in a divorce case.
Judge Jane Grossman heard arguments Tuesday over video conferencing and has reserved her decision.
State’s Attorney Joseph Corradino has objected to turning over the file, contending that it could jeopardize his office’s prosecution.
Nicholas R. Hall, 26, of Wallkill, N.Y., is awaiting trial here after being accused last May of sexually assaulting two young Trumbull girls and with possessing nearly five pounds of marijuana in his car, police said.
