Police are searching for a suspect who forced a woman into the backseat of his car overnight and attempted to assault her before she was able to escape.
Garden City police arrested a man on Monday following an aggravated kidnapping investigation. Police said Jose David Garcia-Escobar, 33, faces multiple charges from the incident.
