the nation in job creation . hunts man first. romney raised taxs and huns man cut taxes. governor passed pumbum-like health care plan and governor hunts man passed a free market plan. hunts man is trying to earn the voters s trust. and mitt romney can t do that when he is part of the status quo in washington. we have seen newt gingrich being far more aggressive in the attacks against romney and waging war against the massachusetts moderate. even though there are negative ads against gingrich in iowa. doesn t gingrich rick alienating voters in new hampshire by attacking romney. we are drawing contrast. there is a difference between a timid massachusetts moderate and a reagan conservative. newt gingrich has a proven
negatives. but he treating the others like colleagues and supportive and positive. so for him to go negative. he may take a chunk out of romney. but he will hurt himself, too. newt gingrich is one of those candidates he can t throw mud without it getting on him. i hope he stays positive and i think that would help him. he is a bit angry about iowa. he can show contrast and show why he is the best person rather than going and taking off. he cannot get away with going negative without hurting himself even more. mary ann. and santorum is raising mon yeriding high after the second place iowa finish there, do you think that new hampshire voters begin the fact that many of them embrace libitarian values are going to resonate with his messages about social conservatism.
how fearful is the obama campaign in this scenario which romney wins tonight, blows the doors off in new hampshire, uses that momentum for 21st do they fear that could happen? i wouldn t say fear. let s be realistic. the truth is, they are planning for a romney campaign. they expect him to be the nominee. the only worry is that they would get there more quickly and then they would have to start the general auto elects soon and that would be less ideal because they prefer the drawn-out republican primary because then the republicans are all taking aim at each other and doing the work of attacking romney so the president doesn t have to do that a., b, a shorter primary
