Forney teacher arrested in high-speed crash that killed Mesquite teen

A Forney teacher was arrested this week on a charge of manslaughter in connection with a high-speed crash that killed a Mesquite teenager in Dallas, according to a news report by inForney.
According to the news story, Rickala Chaffold, 24, was driving west when she struck two motorcyclists on the LBJ TEXpress at about 8:30 p.m. Feb. 22.
