DIMAPUR In what will help people find houses on rent, hotels and paying guests (PGs) across Nagaland more easily, especially in state capital Kohima and commercial hub Dimapur, an enterprise called J-Pabo (Joldi Pabo), meaning ‘get it quicker’ or ‘get it soon’ in Nagamese, was launched in Dimapur on Monday. Speaking at the launch event, proprietor of the service provider, Atoho A Kinimi, said that both the tenants and house owners will benefit from the service and that service charges will vary based on location and rent amount. While the intending tenants don’t have to search for a house, the owners don’t have to do a background check of prospective tenants as they will be made eligible only after J-Pabo team scrutinise it.
