Norwich ― Police have made an arrest in connection to a shooting last month that led to the death of a woman.
Atlantikh Balidemaj, 22, of 158 Case St., is charged with murder, carrying a pistol withou.
Norwich police said the department arrested Balidemaj through the efforts of the Norwich Police Detective Division and lead detective Steven Callender.
