Neither potential system is expected to bring impacts to Texas. Development or not, they will aid in keeping a rainy outlook in the forecast for the Southeast through Independence Day Weekend. Below is the latest from the Hurricane Center, as of 7 pm Sunday: A small low-pressure system (noted in orange above) is located about 425 miles east-southeast of Savannah, Georgia. During the day Sunday, shower and thunderstorm activity associated with it has become less organized. Strong upper-level winds have displaced what is left of that activity to the northwest of the center. This area of interest is expected to move quickly west-northwest a
