The NYPD was on high alert Tuesday morning for an “armed and extremely dangerous” ex-con wanted for killing two people and wounding another in Brooklyn and Manhattan, including a 96-year-old man.
“You have to be careful about Chinese food because you never know what you’re going to be eating,” said 83-year-old Harvey Marcelin to a detective investigating her case on March 14. “You may be eating the victim.”
