Its laterunning overnight construction, you can see the cones right here, they are funneling you down into one southbound lane, same with the northbound side by the walt whitman bridge. The northbound delay did not too bad. If youre coming south on i95 i would bail out on the vine street expressway and run back to the platt bridge back to 95.
