The Atiwa East Department of Agriculture conducted a performance review to access agricultural activities and extension delivery in 2020.
The program invited Processors, Farmers, Agro input dealers, Extension Officers, and Staff of the Atiwa East District Assembly.
The Atiwa East District Coordinating Director, Mr. Simon Asare congratulated Mr. Samuel Ofosu, the District Director of Agriculture for emerging as the 2020 Best Director of Agriculture in Eastern Region and Mr. Annor Boateng for being awarded the 2020 Eastern Regional Best Agriculture Extension Agent.
He indicated that the Director and an Extension Officer winning these prestigious awards suggest the overall performance of the district department of agriculture.
