Atim Ukoh is the Creative Director of Afrolems, an African Food Company. She trained at the University of Toronto as a Digital Enterprise Management Specialist and received a Masters in Social Entrepreneurship at Hult International Business School in San Francisco. She has successfully managed the business for over 10 years and received recognition from media outlets like CNN, Buzz Feed, Ventures Africa, Punch Newspapers and a host of others.
Atim was also on the Nigerian episode of the Parts Unknown program by CNN hosted by Anthony Bourdain. She has worked with some restaurants in menu design and also set-up some from start to launch. Afrolems crafts unique food experiences tapping into the African culinary world and fusing it with cuisines from other continents.
