(Bloomberg) Greece’s government plans to stop imposing monthly fines on senior citizens age 60 and over who failed to get vaccinated against Covid 19.
The measure will temporarily stop on April 15 and will be re-examined in September, Health Minister Athanasios Plevris said.
South Africa registered 1,995 new Covid-19 cases, bringing the cumulative total to 3,677,686. A further 28 Covid-19-related deaths were reported, taking total official deaths to 99,458. A total of 31,764,283 vaccines have been administered.
