Many healthcare organizations are using talent strategies to attract and retain staff to help with staffing shortages, increased burnout, and reduced productivity, according to a new Association for Talent Development (ATD) research report.
The report surveyed 212 TD professionals to find out what tools they were using, how often they formally audited their systems, how they managed data governance, and more about the people who managed and administered an organization’s learning technology ecosystem.
The Association for Talent Development s annual State of the Industry report found that 50 percent of respondents expected learning hours used to increase in 2024.
