A FORMER student has gone back to his school for employment due to a collaboration with St Helens Council. Jack Hannan is a former pupil at Wargrave House School and College, which is a school for people aged 4-25 with learning difficulties. He s now back at the school after being accepted onto the Intermediate Labour Market opportunity (ILM) Ways to Work programme. This paid work placement lasts six months and aims to enhance Jack s opportunities as afterwards he will be able to apply for teaching assistant jobs in the wider community or at Wargrave. Jack has been working with the Post 16 staff as a volunteer TSA since February 2020 and has become a much-valued addition to our staff team.
