We start this hour with some breaking news. The death toll from hurricane helene has now risen to 89. 30 of those deaths were in north carolina which has seen a record 30inches of rainfall. What do you make of the damage we re seeing across the south. Well i think you clarified the point. This was amongst the storm that attacked florida. Made its way through georgia and into north carolina and tennessee. And even parts of virginia. It s a massive storm. I dropped enormous amount of water. Not measured in inches but by a foot in some places 2foot of water dropped. It overdropped the terrain. And when you do that it s going go into the valleys. A lot of commune tips had not experienced that. And what we have seen, with condolences to everyone who lost their lives the impact of the flash flooding
