Hetrick, a professor at Harrisburg University, has been the coroner of Dauphin County, Pennsylvania for 25 years. He investigates nearly 700 suspicious deaths every year. Hetrick figures out how you died and how you lived. he has nearly 3,000 autopsies under his belt, plus 600 homicide investigations and more than 13,000 death certificates.
