S. Congress to try to work and fix. The certification what is the advantage of that over withdrawal. With the certifications. Im actually prepared to withdraw. The certification and recertification of the deal would have degraded that credibility of walking away. I think the still is not in the interests of the United States. I am prepared to give time and space to fix that deal but i will walk away from the deal
