A case wherein a Tahlequah resident accused of child endangerment by driving under the influence has been reset to February giving the defendant time to review a revised undisclosed offer.
After entering a plea of no contest, a Tahlequah woman accused of cocaine and heroin possession received a five-year deferred sentence in Cherokee County District Court on Dec. 20.
