Assistant Brewer Zed’s Beer is looking for an Assistant Brewer to join our brewing family in Marlton, NJ. This is a full-time position with a brewery in its fifth year of operations.  Zed’s Beer focuses on producing well-designed Approachable Craft Beer, seltzers, shandies and radlers.  We’ve been awarded over 10 medals in international competitions for our core beers and our specialty brews, including NJ Brewery of the Year for 2020 at the New York International Beer Competition.  We’re currently producing about 600BBLs a year on our 5BBL electric brewhouse.   Our ideal candidate is responsible, able to follow SOPs, willing to learn, and will ensure that our quality standards are met at every level. The candidate must have a flexible schedule with occasional long days or weekend working hours.   A high level of attention to detail and an understanding of brewing and fermentation is a must.  We’re looking for a recent brewing program grad or individual with 1-3 year
