The embattled former Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), Godwin Emefiele and Chief Executive Officer of Assets Management Corporation of Nigeria (AMCON), Mr Ahmed Kuru conspired in gross abuse of office to acquire some banks, using public funds and the instrumentality of their offices, SaharaReporters has learnt.
