Bethany N. Jordan, 23, of Norfolk, VA passed away on Tuesday, April 4, 2023 at Sentara Norfolk General Hospital. She was born in Urbana, IL on December 26, 1999 the daughter of James Bradley and Jayne (Wiseman) Jordan. Bethany grew up traveling with her family to duty stations all over the country, including Illinois, California, Alaska and North Carolina while her dad served 25 years in the U.S. Marine Corp. After his retirement, they moved to Laredo, TX, where she graduated high school from Texas Connections Academy. Bethany began her Naval career on February 26, 2019, when she left for RTC Great Lakes, graduating from Basic Training in May 2019. She then reported to Pensacola, FL to attend Aviation Structural Mechanic (AM) "A" school.
