Assam Regiment, Arunachal Scouts formally affiliated to 106 Air Force Squadron in Tezpur

In an effort to facilitate better interoperability between various units of the armed forces, the Assam Regiment and Arunachal Scouts of the Indian Army signed the historic affiliation with 106 Air Force Squadron at Tezpur in Assam on Monday.
The ceremony commenced with inspection of the Guard of Honour by Maj Gen PS Behl, Colonel of The Assam Regiment & Arunachal Scouts.
The `Charter of Affiliation was signed by Maj Gen PS Behl and Gp Capt Varun Slaria, Commanding Officer, 106 Squardon.
