The City of Pflugerville (City) is requesting a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) from interested and qualified consulting planning firms for professional planning services to assist the city with an assessment of the City’s Unified Development Code (UDC), with recommendations to bring the UDC into alignment with goals outlined in the Aspire Pflugerville 2040 Comprehensive Plan, Future Land Use Map, and Transportation Master Plan, and related long-range documents. Recommendations regarding proposed development standards are also needed to address current trends in land use patterns and development, as well as best management and planning practices.
