A Richmond man who was convicted of strangling to death his teenage girlfriend should spend 7-1/2 to eight years behind bars, a prosecutor argued Wednesday.
In November, B.C. Supreme Court Justice Michael Tammen found Solaris Onatta Running Dey, now 25 years old, guilty of the Oct. 3, 2018 manslaughter of Aspen Pallot, 19.
