Aspen City Council voted Tuesday in a three to two vote to approve the adoption of the general-purpose and Clean River (Stormwater) property tax mill levies for 2023, for collection in 2024.
With property values on the rise, many individual home and property owners are left to wonder how much of an increase they’re likely to see within property tax bills as mill levy certifications continue to be delayed.
