During the development of Street Fighter X Tekken, Capcom and Bandai Namco worked together to promote the game being developed by Capcom. Funnily enough, Katsuhiro Harada was told to wear sunglasses for four years by Capcom for these promotions since he was supposed to be the bad guy.
In Japan, wearing sunglasses painted the picture of a gangster within the culture. One can imagine how this could be a risky move for Harada s own image. Despite this, Harada of Bandai Namco obliged with Capcom s request and donned the eyewear.
